About Cheers

The Cheers restaurant is a Rodizio restaurant basically an all you can eat feast whereby you fetch a plate and some salad and then sit while fresh meats right off the barbeque get brought to you and sheered onto your plate. There are different cuts of beef, pork, chicken wrapped in bacon, sausages, even hot pineapple to give you a little breathing space.

No type of restaurant I have come across can get the beef to you so hot and tasty and if you’re a meat lover then this really is the place to go. Once you’re ready to burst there is a desert buffet for afters. We came to the restaurant completely unprepared; I think the waiter was shocked at our pitiful effort, as I weakly tried to explain in Portuguese that we were only small and couldn’t hack it anymore.

If you’re going to Cheers then make sure you’re starving when you get there and try to leave some room for the desert buffet; if you make it this far tell us how the deserts were because we never found out.

Cheers makes for a great evening out, and would be perfect for a big family get together or a loud raucous party. There are live shows in the summer including Samba, Lambada and the Brazilian martial art Capoeira. The service and the waiters were all ultra smiley and friendly but don’t disappoint them. They expect only big eaters!
